ONE HOUR,
A LASTING IMPRESSION
Designing AIA continuing education presentations for building product manufacturers, turning technical expertise into clear, credible courses their teams can confidently deliver to architects.
YOUR Presentation SHOULD DO MORE THAN FILL AN HOUR
We turn the investment you’ve already made in an exceptional product into credible continuing education that helps architects understand your product’s value, builds trust in your presenter, and creates a stronger foundation for the product conversation that follows.
A presentation is a first impression. When it misses the mark, investment costs add up quickly without creating lasting value.
Create an Opportunity with Continuing Education
From product strategy to presentation development and follow-through, we create education that gives architects something worth learning and makes your product worth remembering.
01 | POSITION & DEVELOP
Build the presentation around your product.
We align your product goals with the design topics architects care about, then develop a presentation that leads naturally into showcasing the best of your product during the demo.
02 | PREPARE & CONNECT
Turn product knowledge into confident conversations.
We help your presenters master the subject, connect the education to your product, and become a resource architects seek out when it's time to specify.
03 | SUPPORT & FOLLOW THROUGH
Keep the details simple and the relationships moving.
We offer attendance reporting and completion certificates, giving your team more time to focus on the relationships and project opportunities that follow.
what goes into a stronger presentation
Effective continuing education takes more than good information or polished slides.
BUILDING PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
The industry context matters.
Our work is informed by firsthand experience with building products, architectural sales, specifications, sustainability, and the design community.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Good information still needs to be taught well.
We give the course a clear purpose, structure, narrative, and visual rhythm so complex information is easier to understand and remember.
PRESENTER EXPERIENCE
The person delivering the course matters, too.
We build with the presenter in mind, including the context, speaker guidance, pacing, and transitions they need to understand the material rather than memorize it.
From Metal Panels to High-Performance Facades
A manufacturer had an exceptional façade system, but its presentation focused on technical details that interested only a handful of architects in the room.
Through product research and a fresh educational approach, we connected high-performance facades with an emerging architectural conversation: human-centered design.
The result was an AIA continuing education course that engaged architects across disciplines and became the manufacturer's most requested presentation.
Human Centered Design Approach for High-Performance Facades:
Meet the Founder
I’ve stood on the other side of the deck.
Early in my building-product career, I learned that knowing the product and getting in front of architects were only the beginning. The real challenge was using that hour to build trust that could carry into future specifications.
I began designing courses differently, by using strategies to engage the whole room while building the context architects needed to understand the product’s value.
The goal was to design the education so well that, by the time the product was introduced, its value was obvious.
That approach became the foundation of A+D CE Studio. Today, I bring more than 20 years across building products, architectural sales, specifications, sustainability, continuing education, instructional design, and sales enablement to every course we develop.
A CLEAR PROCESS
THOUGHTFULLY GUIDED
You bring the product expertise.
We guide the process of turning it into a polished, field-ready learning experience.
We start with a relaxed conversation about your product, your audience, and what you want the course to accomplish. We’ll talk through what makes your product different, the questions architects ask, and the information they most need to understand.
From there, we shape the course direction, develop the presentation, and guide it through review, refinement, and final preparation, bringing your team in where their expertise is most valuable.
The result is a polished, well-structured course your team can deliver with confidence.
